To fulfil the owner's consideration and needs, we provide individual and group cremation services for alternatives. We ensure that both the cremation services are one tray in one cremator (Only one tray will be placed in the cremator for cremation at the same time).

Individual Cremation

Individual cremation means that the pet will be cremated in an independent tray for its own (You can retrieve the ashes or order pet souvenir with ashes)

Group cremation

Group cremation means that the pet will be cremated in the same tray with other pets (The ashes will not be retrieved; the service is suitable for owners whose hope their pets have other pets accompanies along the way to the rainbow bridge)

  • If ordering souvenirs,
    the sampling part will be disinfected
  • Appointment for cremation and final mourn ceremony
  • Ashes storage (With Marble Urn)
  • Land burial arrangement
  • Sea burial arrangement
  • You can order souvenirs without ashes
    (such as hair and paw prints)

收費計算注意事項

  • 寵物獨立或集體善終服務費用，將先按主人提供之愛寵預估重量作初步報價。寵物抵達本公司後，我們會進行覆磅並作紀錄；如實際重量超出主人提供之重量，將按實際重量收取相應費用。
  • 計算範例：如寵物實際重量為 10.1 kg，將按 10–15 kg 重量收費。

Special Surcharge

  • 晚間服務費 $400 (00:00-07:00am)
  • 偏遠地區服務費：
    大嶼山：$400 (24小時接收)
    愉景灣：$240 (指定接收時間：08:00am-09:00pm)
    馬灣/珀麗灣：費用豁免 (指定接收時間：10:00am-04:00pm)
  • 農曆新年特別服務費 年初一、二、三 $400
  • 樓梯搬運服務費：
    15kg 以下：$30/層
    15kg 或以上：$50/層
