Overweight pets are charged by their weight

  • Example: 11 kg cat will be charged as dog weighted 10-15 kg

Special Surcharge

  • A night shift fee of $400 will be charged for collecting pet remains after 12:00 pm till 7:00 am.
  • A $400 holiday surcharge will be charged for collecting pet remains during the Lunar New Year period (The first day to the third day)
  • To collect pet remains or ashes delivery to Discovery Bay, an additional toll fee of $240 will be charged per trip; to collect pet remains or ashes delivery to Tung Chung or Ma Wan, an additional toll fee of $100 will be charged per trip.
